The Hairy-Scary Monster
"Mum! yelled Kipper. "There's a hairy-scary monster! It's going to eat me up. Mum, help!" Kipper didn't want to go to sleep. His brother and sister were at Granma's house, so he didn't like being on his own. His father and mother wanted him to go to sleep, but Kipper wasn't going to sleep. He was wide awake. Then, he hit on an idea. He pretended that there was a haiy-scary monster in his room. He tried to get his parents to come upstairs. He heard something under the bed when he began to fall asleep. It was something that was snuffling. It was something that was snorting. It was something that was hairy and very, very scary!! What happened to him? Can you imagine?
